With Christmas just around the corner I’m in the giving mood, so today I’m going to be giving some love to 5 bloggers who wrote some posts that I absolutely loved this past month. It was really hard to only pick a few so I’ve decided to make this a monthly series as I think showing appreciation for other bloggers hard work is a lovely thing to do.
This post was really eye-opening, I’d never really known the true impact emetophobia can have on several aspects of an individual’s life. I love Louise’s blog and I have so much admiration for her being able to share her experience on such a personal topic, I feel more connected to her and her blog now and I can’t wait to keep reading the content she creates.
This post really stood out to me, I’m guilty of getting caught up in not feeling good enough in the blogging community. It can be hard putting in a lot of effort into something only for it to not receive much attention however its important to enjoy the process to getting more recognition for the hard work you put in. That’s something I’m going to focus on next year for sure.
I may or may not have finally caved and bought myself the Olympus Pen E-PL9 after seeing countless bloggers rave about the Olympus pen range and this post was super helpful in getting to know what lenses will achieve the desired result. Definitely made me even more excited about finally opening my camera on Christmas day (I’ve forced myself to keep it as my present to open on Christmas day and it hasn’t been an easy task).
December is my favourite month of the year however it can be very tiring and stressful, Lucy’s post came at the perfect time as I was in much need of some new products to help me unwind. I will definitely be adding the Lush Sleepy Body Lotion to my wish list as it sounds so lovely. I love Lucy’s blog, she has wonderful posts on a range of topics, I especially love her mental health related posts.
Ahh the queen Chloe Plumstead does it again, her writing is incred and somehow I can always relate to what she’s saying. Her 2018 review was a breath of fresh air, a real take on the good and not so good sides of the past year from her eyes and I agree whole heartedly. I also felt that I wasn’t becoming who I want to be this year and it was worrying for sure, why couldn’t I do the things I thought I needed to do in order to move towards the “ideal me”, well I’m not sure. So let’s make 2019 a little better and move in the right direction rather than walking backwards.
So there we go, five blog posts that I adored this month. I hope you found something new to sit down and have a little read of in the lead up to Christmas.
All the love.
